You can mark hives that are being moved as 'in-transit' in Nectar. This pulls the hives out of their source yard and keeps them 'In-Transit' until they are scanned into their new yard. This keeps yard counts accurate, and lets you see how many hives you have currently on the move.
We recommend using the In-Transit status when hives are on the road for more then a day, or if they can not be scanned into their new locations within a day or two of arrival.
In the Mobile App:
1) Open any yard page
2) Select the 'Mark Hives in Transit' button
3) Scan the hives being moved
4) Enter any notes you need, and hit submit.
In the Managers Portal:
5) Select the 'Manage Columns' button above your whiteboard
6) Select 'In-transit'
7) Adjust the column to place it where you like on the whiteboard.
You will see In Transit hives per yard, from the yard they are leaving from.
