Mark drops as unloaded or emptied

Learn how to mark your drops as unloaded or emptied during pollination season.

Assign temporary statuses to drops to communicate the current state, such as when hives are unloaded from a truck or when a drop has been emptied and is no longer in use. This information is important for your manager to know.

❗Do not forget to scan hives after marking as unloaded or emptied. These statuses are only temporary.

Apply the unloaded status

To mark a drop as unloaded, it must first be inactive. To apply the status, follow these steps:


Step 1 - Go to the drop page

To go to the drop page, you can either click on the drop card or on the three dots icon.

Step 2 - Apply the status

If you clicked on the more three dots icon, simply select Set as unloaded

If you clicked on the drop card, you should be on the drop details page. You should be able to select the action card Set as unloaded.

If you can't see the option to set your drop as unloaded, verify that your drop is inactive.


Apply the emptied status

To mark a drop as emptied it must first be active. To apply the status, follow these steps:

Step 1 - Go to the drop page

To go to the drop page, you can either click on the drop card or on the three dots icon.

Step 2 - Apply the status

If you clicked on the more three dots icon, simply select Set as emptied

If you clicked on the drop card, you should be on the drop details page. You should be able to select the action card Set as emptied.


If you can't see the option to set your drop as emptied, verify that your drop is active.
