The app makes it simple for workers to find the right location in the field. With built-in mapping, you can open directions directly from a yard tile and get turn-by-turn navigation through google maps.
Step 1 – Locate the Yard in the Map
From the home screen you have three (3) ways to locate a yard:
Pan and zoom in/out on the map to find the yard.
Scroll through the yard tiles at the bottom of the screen.
Use the Search Yard bar to search by name
Step 2 - Selecting Directions
Zooming In/Out On the Map
Zoom in/out on the map to locate the desired yard.
When the yard is in view, click on to the location marker for that yard.
This will pull the corresponding yard tile into view at the bottom of your screen.
Tap the 3-dot menu on the yard tile.
Select View on map.
This will open your devices default mapping app.
From the Yard Tile:
Scroll through the yard tiles at the bottom of the screen to find the desired yard.
Tap the 3-dot menu on the yard tile.
Select View on map.
This will open your devices default mapping app.
From the Search Yard Bar
Click on the Search yard bar at the top of your screen.
Select from the populated list of yards, or type the yard name into the bar to eliminate scrolling.
In the yard page, click on the get directions icon on the upper right-side of the screen.
This will open your devices default mapping app.
Step 3 - Start Navigation
From the google maps application, you will have two options to start the navigation:
Directions - Enter your starting location. Once entered, select Start.
Start - The route will be pre-populated with your location.

Use Yard Search
Use the search bar in Yard Map to quickly find a yard by name instead of scrolling.Offline Prep
If you’re heading into a remote area, open the directions while you still have service. Many map apps will cache the route so you can still navigate offline.Check Yard Details
From the yard tile, tap to open full yard details. This can give you context (like hive count, yard type, last treatment/feeding etc.) before you head out.
