The app works when you have no internet connection.
If you are out on the field and do not have cellphone mobile data or access to Wi-Fi, don't worry! The mobile app will still work, just continue using the mobile app as you normally would. All activities you do offline are sent to the queue and as soon as there is a connection, they are uploaded.
What's in my history
Activities performed offline will be shown with a light grey font color. The text "pending" will appear at the top left corner of the screen.
When will my history update?
Offline activities will be transmitted to the system once the phone returns to an area with service or connects to the Wi-Fi. The correct date and time of the action will still be logged into the system.
