Easily reset a forgotten password on the Nectar App.
Step 1 - On the login page enter your phone number.
Step 2 - Click on 'Forgot Password'
When prompted to enter your password, click on "Forgot password?" in the bottom right corner.
Step 3 - Receive link
You will be asked if you can receive SMS at your listed phone number. Select "Yes" and you will be sent a text with a link to reset your password. If you cannot receive SMS at your phone number, contact your manager or send a message in your WhatsApp Nectar group and we can assist you.
Your password reset link will expire after 24 hours, make sure to reset it within that timeframe. If you're having trouble resetting your password, please contact us ([email protected])
