Renew contracts

Learn how to renew pollination contracts from the manager's portal.

Updated over a year ago

Save time in your pollination planning by using the renewing feature to effortlessly create new contracts with the same information or map details (POI, Drops and blocks) as older contracts.

🚫 Important note: When renewing a contract, the old contract will be ARCHIVED and cannot be unarchived. We strongly recommend refraining from using this feature for ongoing contracts.

Follow these steps to learn how to renew your contracts:

Step 1 - Select contract and Renew

You can renew a contract by going directly on the desired contract page or by clicking on the 3 dots icon in the contract list next to the chosen contract and select renew.

Step 2 - Renew

To renew a contract, ensure all drops are inactive. If attempting to renew a contract with active drops, you'll be prompted to clear them out first, making the drops inactive. Learn more about clearing out yards.

Once you have selected renew, you will asked to choose between the following options:

A. Contract details and map

By selecting this option, the previous contract will be archived, and the new contract will inherit all contract details and map items. Previous drops will be deleted, and new drops will be created at the same locations as the previous contract.

B. Contract details only

Opting for this choice ensures that the previous contract is archived, and the new contract inherits ONLY the contract details with an empty map. It's important to note that previous drops will still be deleted.
