To assign an existing yard to an orchard/contract, simply follow these steps within the application:
Step 1 - Go to the yard page
To go to the yard page, you can either click on the yard card or on the more "three dots" icon.
Step 2 - Select an orchard
Once you are on the yard page, click on the icon next to No orchard.
To ensure successful assignment of a yard to an orchard, please verify with your manager that the orchard/contract has been created prior to attempting the assignment within the application.
To assign your yard to an orchard, select the desired orchard from the list or use the search bar to locate it.
ℹ️ Orchards that are the closest to you will show first in the list.
Once you have selected the orchard, click continue on the modal.
Assigning a yard to a contract transforms it into a drop, with its name changed to align with drop naming conventions.
Assigning a yard to an orchard within the application will result in the orchard's name appearing on the drop page. You can access the orchard's details by clicking on the orchard name on the drop page.
