Practices created in the manager's portal can be applied by your workers to yards or hives during inspections in the app.
To create your own practices, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Go to the operation page
Step 2 - Create a practice
Custom practices can be created within categories found on the operation page. Categories that can receive custom practices will have a '+' icon, while those that cannot be edited won't display this icon.
Once a practice is created within a category, it will be visible to workers using the app under the same category, making it available during inspections.
To create a practice, simply click on the '+' icon under the correct category:
Step 3 - Name your practice
When naming your practice, ensure it has a unique and easily understandable name for your team. Additionally, you can provide a Spanish translation for the practice name. If your workers use the app in Spanish, they will see the Spanish translation of the practice.
To create a practice, simply enter the name of the practice in both English and Spanish, if necessary, and then click 'Create'.
Here we go! now your practice is ready to be used in the app.
