You have the flexibility to disable or enable categories and practices directly from the manager's portal. Once disabled, they will be excluded from inspections on the app, enabling workers to concentrate solely on essential tasks during specific seasons. For instance, you might opt to disable the "Feeding" category during the honey flow period.
Step 1 - Go to the operation page
Step 2 - Access the "More Options" Menu
Click on the "More Options" icon located either at the (A) category level or (B) practice level, depending on whether you want to disable a category or practice.
A. Disabling a category
When you disable a category, all associated practices will be hidden during inspections on the app. To disable a category click on the "More Options" icon then select "Disable".
If the category is already disabled, the available option will be "Enable."
Then in the confirmation modal, select "Disable".
B. Disable a practice
Once a practice is disabled, it will be hidden from its category during an inspection. To Disable a practice click on the "More Options" icon then select "Disable".
If the practice is already disabled, the available option will be "Enabled".
