To help you have a clear overview of what's going on in an operation, you can customize which notifications you receive.
You can set alerts for your operation by email or text message (aka SMS), choosing which ones are communicated to you.
We currently offer the following notification types:
'New yard is created': Get an email or SMS whenever a new yard is created through the portal or the app.
'Hive has been moved': Receive an email or SMS notification whenever a hive is relocated from its current yard to a new one.
'Hive status has been changed': Stay informed with an email or SMS alert every time a hive's status is modified, such as 'queenright,' 'queenless,' 'introduced,' or 'deadout.'
'Daily summary email': Receive an email at the end of each day, providing valuable information about activities completed during that day.
Step 1 - Click on your profile name then select 'settings'
Step 2 - Turn OFF or ON any notifications
(A) To manage your notifications, you can deactivate any unwanted ones by unchecking the boxes under emails or SMS, or check the boxes for the ones you want to activate.
(B) You can also quickly enable or disable all notifications by clicking on the toggle next to the label 'notifications'.
We strongly recommend keeping the daily summary email activated, as it provides valuable information for your operation.
