You have the flexibility to enable or disable categories and practices directly from the Manager’s Portal. Once disabled, they will be excluded from inspections, allowing workers to concentrate solely on essential tasks during specific seasons.
For example: you might choose to disable the Feeding category during the honey flow period so inspectors only see practices relevant to that season.
Step 1 - Go to the Operation page
From the Manager's Portal, select the Operation page.
Step 2 - Disable or Enable Categories & Practices
At the Category level
Open the 3-dot menu on a category.
Select Enable or Disable.
In the Disable category modal, select "Disable". ("Enable" will not have the confirmation modal).
Note: Disabling a category hides all practices within it during inspections.
Note: If the category is already disabled, the available option will be "Enable".
At the Practice level
Use the checkboxes next to each practice to control visibility.
✔ Checked = Enabled (will appear in inspections).
☐ Unchecked = Disabled (hidden from inspections).
Note: Once a practice is disabled, it will be hidden from it's category during an inspection.
Example:
Disabling the Feeding category will hide all feeding-related practices during inspections.
Leaving the category enabled but unchecking individual practices (e.g., “Protein Patties”) hides only that practice while keeping the rest visible.
